VLV Still Bay made a decision to treat and entertain the residents of Huis Stilbaai. Two portfolio’s at a time would decide on an entertainment function at the Home. The first two porfolio’s – Opvoeding en Kultuur and Kuns & Handvlyt organised with Pauline Matthee, a resident of Still Bay to entertain the residents of Huis Stilbaai.
On 12 March 2025 the ladies visited Huis Stilbaai. Pauline Matthee sang, recited poems and told beautiful stories. Thereafter, the residents played “Noot vir Noot” and enjoyed a sing-along.
Our ladies were overjoyed with the response of the residents. When the programme starter, there were a few residents present, however as the time progressed more and more residents arrived.
Each resident was handed a gift box which contained rusks and cookies.
