Still Bay VLV was invited to exhibit at the Hobby Expo in the Community Hall. We took this opportunity to expose our organization to the public of Still Bay and visitors who were visiting our town at the time.
Our table showcased our theme – Live in Colour and we displayed some competition items that were taken to our annual conference and we made a noticeboard with photographs of activities that we have been involved with. The ladies who manned the table had the opportunity to talk to visitors and handed out application forms in the hope of gaining new members.
Our organization was well received and exposed.
